medication management

An evaluation for medication management begins with a 90-minute intake, where I conduct a comprehensive evaluation, and work with you to develop a customized treatment plan meets your needs and wishes. If you have prior experience with treatment, please bring a copy of your records and provide me with a release to speak with prior clinicians. I work collaboratively with  psychotherapists, ObGyn's, midwives, and other specialists to offer wrap-around care.
